Laura Linney

Laura Linney is an American actress who has become well-known for her portrayal of vulnerable, but strong characters. Linney was raised in a family of actors her father was the playwright, Romulus Linney. She earned a degree in Arts Theatre School, Moscow in the year 1986. She then completed an M.F.A. at Juilliard School. New York City was her first destination in the year 1990. In 1990, she began appearing in Broadway as soon as she arrived, and was later awarded high praise for her performance on Six Degrees of Separation (Six Degrees of Separation) as well as Hedda Galer.
